A US court dismissed xAI's lawsuit against OpenAI over trade secrets with a ban on refiling. Federal judge Rita Lin stated that Elon Musk's company had not proven that the startup, during hiring, induced former xAI engineer Xuechen Li to disclose confidential data about the Grok chatbot.
